       The academic year for the students of St. Anne’s High School (Secondary Section) began on 15th June, 2024. The students stepped into the school with happiness and in anticipation. The hustle and bustle through the silent corridors, brought the building back to life.

       A special mass in honour of the Holy Spirit, was celebrated by the Manager, Fr. Aniceto Pereira. All the Catholic teachers and students attended mass. In his homily, Fr. Aniceto highlighted the importance of education in a student’s life. He also stressed on living a life filled with values and principles. During the recessional hymn, the priests blessed the congregation with Holy Water. The melodious voices of the choir students, enhanced the ambience of spirituality in the church.

      Back in school, our students put up a meaningful assembly, while focussing on the theme for the current academic year – ‘Dream, Believe, Achieve.’ The class teachers then instructed the students about the various protocols to be observed in school, throughout the academic year. The priests blessed the school premises too and prayed over the staff and students.

      An enthralling day came to an end. The students went home with happy and contented hearts. They couldn’t wait to return to their second home again.
